Make 2025 The Year You “Write Yourself Rich”
Let’s get one thing straight: this isn’t a guide to getting rich quick.
If you’re in a hurry to make money, writing isn’t the golden ticket. Writing is more about planting seeds and waiting for them to grow into something substantial.
It’s the snowball effect, you start small, and over time, momentum builds. Two words will guide your journey: Patience and Consistency.
The Role of Writing
Your writing has one job, to attract your ideal audience and show them how you can help.
To achieve this, focus on one topic that resonates with your audience. This means resisting the urge to share every life lesson or passion save that for a niche project or hobby.
For instance, I’d love to write about my experiences as a motorcycle racer, but that’s not what my audience shows up for.
Writing that leads to financial success isn’t random or scattered. It follows a framework—a path that moves people from not knowing you to becoming one of your true fans.
This framework is the engine that drives your income, and it must be in place before you begin.
The Writing Framework
Think of your framework as a funnel that starts wide with free content and narrows as your audience progresses to paid options.
Here’s what it might look like:
1.Free Content: Create valuable articles, blog posts, or videos that align with your expertise. These act as entry points for your audience.
2.Newsletter: Publish a weekly newsletter to deepen your relationship with your audience. It’s a chance to teach, inspire, and softly sell.
3.Your Offer Create ONE offer – so choose wisely. Over time you can add to this offer and take your audience on a journey. But for now just start with a simple offer.
• A foundational course at a low price point
• A premium course or group coaching
• High-ticket, one-on-one coaching or live training
The Execution
Once your framework is in place, your weekly content should drive traffic to your newsletter. From there, your audience will naturally flow through your “funnel”.
For example, imagine you’re a life coach:
•You start with articles on mastering mindset shifts.
•Readers sign up for your weekly newsletter, where you share stories and insights.
•The newsletter promotes your course on goal setting.
•Course buyers are offered a free consultation to see if they’re a fit for your 1:1 coaching program.
•Eventually, coaching clients are invited to join an exclusive, high-ticket retreat.
Over time each piece of content will serve a purpose, moving your audience closer to your highest-value offers.
Will This Really Work?
The truth? It only works if you do.
Without a plan and consistent effort, you’re right—nothing will happen.
But if you commit to building your framework and regularly publish content, you might just find yourself on a path to financial freedom.
The beauty of this approach is that you’re not trying to sell to everyone. You’re focusing on the right people—your people. Over time, your writing snowballs into a system that not only grows your audience but also supports a sustainable, life-changing income.
So, what’s stopping you?
Start small, think big, and write your way to the life you’ve always wanted.
